If death happens at a hospital, the hospital will arrange for a doctor to certify the death before the deceased can be moved to the embalming care centre for professional cleansing and natural light make up with embalming.

If death happens at home, a doctor needs to be called for the certification of death. We can help with this if you do not have your own doctor. Do note that the fees are about $350 to $450 and are payable directly to the doctor.

Please help to prepare any doctor memos or historical medical records of the deceased to facilitate this process. You do not have to go to a physical police station or ICA to get the death certificate. It can be obtained easily online now.
